Hosting and HTTPS
We host your website and set up its secure HTTPS address. Hosting is included in the €10 monthly service.
Unlimited guest inquiries
Guests can send dates and questions through your contact form. Inquiries are sent to your email, with no monthly submission quota and no charge per inquiry.
We take no commission on bookings. An inquiry starts a conversation: you confirm availability, prices and booking arrangements with the guest.

A Housemarked subdomain is included
A subdomain is your property's name before housemarked.com. For example, the address below could belong to a property called Your House:
your-house.housemarked.com
An illustrative address; we agree your actual subdomain with you, subject to availability.
You can share it with guests, on social media or on a business card. There is no separate domain to buy for this option.
Prefer your own domain?
Connecting a domain you own is included in the package. We help with the settings needed to point it to your website.
Buying and renewing that domain are separate costs, paid to the domain provider. The domain itself is not included in the €150 setup price or the €10 monthly service. A separate domain is optional.
Review and finishing changes
Two rounds included. Room to make it yours.
Your package includes two review and revision rounds before launch, at no extra charge. Each round is one collected list of feedback: you send the changes together, we make them and return an updated preview.
- First round: tell us what you would like to adjust in the wording, photo choices, colours or existing sections.
- Second round: review the updated version and send any remaining adjustments within the agreed design.
Additional revision rounds cost €25 each. This covers another collected set of changes within the existing design and content. We confirm the scope and price before starting any paid work.
Errors introduced by Housemarked, broken functionality and incorrectly applied changes are corrected free of charge and do not use an included round.
A new page, new functionality or a substantially different design requires a separate quote. After launch, content and design updates are separate work; changes within the existing scope can be requested as a €25 revision round.
Before launch
You review. We take care of the setup.
You confirm the property details, supply or approve photos and text you are authorised to use, and choose the email address for guest inquiries. We apply your feedback, connect the address and publish once you approve the website.
The package presents your property and accepts inquiries. Instant reservations, payment collection, calendar synchronisation, domain registration, new photography and unlimited ongoing design changes are not included.
We confirm delivery timing and billing terms before payment. Viewing a preview or contacting us creates no payment obligation.
