Can I start with my existing property listing?
Paste your property’s listing link. We’ll review it and get in touch about preparing a website for your place, which you approve before anything goes live. Nothing is imported or published automatically.
Can guests ask about a stay on my website?
Yes. Every property website includes an inquiry form connected to our email backend, including previews. Guests can share their dates and questions. Instant reservations and payment collection aren’t included in this first offer.
Does an inquiry confirm availability?
No. An inquiry sends the guest’s requested dates and details by email. The recipient must confirm availability, prices and arrangements separately. Preview and demonstration inquiries go to Housemarked for review.
Will it look like everyone else’s?
No. Each property gets an individually created website. Its layout, typography, colours and copy are designed around the place. The examples above show different approaches, not themes you pick from.
Who owns the website and domain?
You can use a domain you already own. If you need a new one, registration costs extra and it is registered in your name. The €150 option includes a website hosted with us for €60 a year. The €300 handoff option includes the site files and deployment instructions so you can arrange your own hosting. Delivery terms are confirmed before you pay.
Can I move to another host later?
Yes. If you start with our hosted option and later decide to host elsewhere, your €150 launch payment counts towards the €300 complete handoff. You pay just an additional €150 to receive your source files, assets and setup instructions.
What do I need to provide?
Start with your listing link. Before creating or publishing your site, we’ll confirm the property details and arrange access to photos and text you’re authorised to use. You approve the finished preview before launch.
What happens after I leave my link?
We look at each request personally and email you about next steps. Submitting a link doesn’t generate a website automatically, and there’s nothing to pay unless you decide to go ahead.
