Your details, handled with care
Privacy notice.
This notice covers the Housemarked website, its early-access request form and property inquiry forms. Updated 9 October 2026.
Who is responsible
The controller is Fifth Axiom d.o.o., Srednje Gameljne 69, 1211 Ljubljana, Slovenia. Company ID: 9701257. VAT number: SI73774596. Contact us at info@housemarked.com for privacy questions or requests.
What we collect and why
When you submit a request, we save your email address, normalized property listing link, optional website goal, signup source, submission date and record of your consent. We use this information to review your request and email you personally about a website for your property.
Providing your details is voluntary. Your email address, listing link and permission to contact you are needed to submit a request. We rely on your consent for this early-access contact. You can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Submitting the form does not scrape your listing, generate or publish a website, collect payment or trigger an automated preview email. We do not use your request for unrelated marketing, sell your details, or make automated decisions about you.
To prevent abuse, we store a daily hash derived from the request IP address and a request counter. Our hosting provider also processes technical request information, including IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs and response codes, to deliver and secure the service. This security processing is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the service reliable and preventing misuse.
Property inquiries
Property inquiry forms collect your name, reply email, message and any stay details you provide, such as dates, guest counts, phone number, unit preferences, pets or cot requests. The shared backend stores the inquiry and sends it by email through Loops to the recipient configured for that property. Owner-site inquiries go to the configured owner address. Preview and demonstration inquiries go to Housemarked for review, not to the property owner. An inquiry does not make a reservation or collect payment.
Inquiry records become eligible for deletion 180 days after submission when the backend expiry policy is deployed. Deletion runs asynchronously. We preserve receipt and retry information to prevent duplicate email sending. You can contact us to request removal of your inquiry. Submitting a property inquiry does not subscribe you or the recipient to marketing emails.
How long we keep it
Signup records become eligible for automatic deletion 180 days after submission. Database expiry runs asynchronously, so deletion can take additional time after that date. You can ask us to remove your signup earlier.
Abuse counters become eligible for deletion after 24 hours. Application and request logs in our default Google Cloud logging bucket are retained for 30 days. If we later enter into a customer relationship, any necessary contract or accounting records are handled separately from this early-access signup.
Hosting and service providers
Authorized people at Fifth Axiom d.o.o. review requests. Google Cloud / Firebase provides website hosting, the form backend and private database storage. The form backend and database are located in Google's europe-west1 region in Belgium. Cloudflare provides domain registration and DNS.
Google Fonts is used for website typography. Your browser contacts Google when loading those resources, which exposes technical information such as your IP address. Property photographs are hosted with each website; your inquiry or signup details are not sent to a photograph source.
Infrastructure providers may process technical information internationally. See Google's data-processing terms and transfer safeguards, Google Fonts privacy information, and Cloudflare's privacy policy for their handling of data.
We have not configured analytics, advertising scripts or tracking cookies on these websites.
Your choices and rights
